A Michelin-star trained, Madrid Fusion chef and Harvard Business School graduate, Chef Rob is dedicated to empowering students, serving customers, and supporting stakeholders with unparalleled commitment.

Timothy Facuri, a graduate of the Academy for International Culinary Arts, is a management instructor at Integra Business School. He also serves as the VP of Operations at Timberpro, where he oversees service to thousands of clients annually, leveraging his extensive knowledge in customer service and management.

May del Sol brings international experience in food and beverage services, having started her career alongside Chef Rob since 2001. The two first met at the Mandarin Oriental in San Francisco and have recently reunited at Aleanza. Together, they are now focused on building F&B brands that are operated by the community and alumni.
